Accounts
Open an account before you need one
Corporate, invoiced monthly, with no membership fee and no hours to buy up front. Tell us the two cities you keep flying between and we will price the year.
An account is not a jet card. There is no membership fee, no block of hours to buy up front, and no balance sitting on your books waiting to be flown down. You charter when you need to and we invoice monthly.
What an account buys is the removal of friction. Nobody raises a card payment for each trip. Finance gets one invoice with the legs itemised. Your assistants deal with someone who already knows the two fields you use, the FBO you prefer, and the fact that the Thursday return always slips.
It also buys a priced year. Most companies that charter with us fly the same handful of pairs over and over — a plant, a customer, a subsidiary. Tell us which pairs and roughly how often, and we will price them for twelve months so the trip stops needing a fresh approval each time.
If you fly two or three times a year, do not open an account. Charter on demand and pay per trip. We would rather say that now than have you conclude it in month eight.

Questions
Corporate accounts
How is an account different from a jet card?
A card is prepaid — you buy hours at a locked rate and draw them down. An account is postpaid: nothing up front, invoiced monthly, priced against the pairs you actually fly. We do not sell cards, because for a company flying a repeated regional pattern the card mostly buys a balance to worry about.
Is there a minimum spend?
No minimum and no commitment. If the year turns out quieter than expected, nothing has been bought and nothing expires.
Can you hold prices for a year?
For named pairs, yes, subject to fuel moving materially. We will tell you what the escalation clause is before you sign rather than leaving it in a schedule at the back.
Who can charter on the account?
Whoever you nominate — travel managers, executive assistants, a plant manager who needs to move a team at short notice. We keep an authorised list and confirm against it.
Do you operate the aircraft?
No. Halcyon is a charter broker. Flights are operated by FAA Part 135 certificate holders that we select, vet, and hold the relationship with. What you buy from us is the type expertise and the arrangement, not the operation.

Roughly how often, and which pairs. We will price the year — and say plainly if on-demand is the better answer for your volume.
