Private Jet Charter for Site Visits

Plants, distribution centres, suppliers, and field assets — sited for operational reasons, reached by air only through a hub and most of a day.

Facilities are located for operational reasons. A plant sits where the labour, the power, and the rail access are. A distribution centre sits at a highway junction chosen by drive-time analysis. A field asset sits where the resource is. None of these criteria include whether an executive can conveniently fly in.

The consequence is a permanent mismatch between where industrial work happens and where airline networks go. Fort Wayne, Toledo, Wichita, Midland, Greensboro, Harrisburg — all serious industrial markets, all reached from most places by a connection through a hub.

Site work also resists being deferred. A supplier audit happens when the supplier is running the process you need to see. A first-article inspection happens when the part exists. A facility launch happens on the date the building is ready. These are not calendar items that move to suit a flight schedule.

And it is usually a small team: two to four people, sometimes with tooling or samples. That is precisely what this aircraft carries, into precisely the fields that larger light jets have to route around.

What makes it work

  • The close-in field

A 3,192-foot balanced field means landing at the airport near the plant rather than the regional airport forty minutes further out. On a day trip, forty minutes each way matters.

  • Multi-stop days

Two or three facilities in a region inside one duty day is realistic. Send us the list and we will tell you what actually closes.

  • Tooling and samples

Thirty-two cubic feet with no per-item fee. Non-hazardous parts, tooling, and samples travel with the team rather than by courier.

  • Short-notice response

Frequently inside 24 hours. When a line is down or an audit finding needs a senior person on site, tomorrow is not the same as today.

Questions

Site visits & inspections

Can we visit more than one site in a day?

Often. Two stops in a region is comfortable in most cases; three is realistic when the fields are close and the visits are short. Crew duty limits and ground time at each stop are the constraints, and we will map it out honestly before you commit.

Can we bring parts, tooling, or samples?

Non-hazardous items travel in the 32-cubic-foot baggage compartment subject to weight and dimensions, with no per-item fee. We cannot carry hazardous materials — batteries, chemicals, compressed gases, and flammables in particular. Tell us what is coming before we quote.

How close can you land to a rural facility?

Usually closer than you expect. Roughly five thousand U.S. airports have enough runway for this aircraft, which includes most county and municipal fields. Give us the facility address and we will find the nearest usable runway.
