Multi-stop travel is where scheduled aviation degrades fastest. Each additional city is another connection, another set of published departure times to work around, and another chance for the whole itinerary to unravel. A three-city trip that should take two days routinely takes four.
It is also where a private aircraft compounds most obviously. The aircraft waits for you. The next departure is whenever the last meeting ends. Three cities in a day becomes a realistic itinerary rather than an aspirational one, and three cities in two days is comfortable.
The classic patterns are a sales territory swing, a network review across several facilities, an investor roadshow, and a new executive's tour of a distributed business. All of them involve the same small group moving repeatedly, which is the load this aircraft is built around.
The honest constraint is crew duty. There is a legal limit to how long a day can run, and we plan to it rather than against it. A four-stop day is sometimes possible and sometimes is not, and the answer depends more on ground times you control than on flying times we do.

Multi-city itineraries
How many stops can we make in one day?
Two is comfortable almost anywhere. Three is realistic on a regional swing with short ground times. Four is occasionally possible and frequently is not — crew duty limits are a hard constraint and we plan to them rather than hoping. Send the list and we will tell you which version of your itinerary actually works.
Does the aircraft wait for us at each stop?
Yes. On a multi-stop itinerary the aircraft and crew stay with the trip. That waiting time is priced in, and it is usually cheaper than repositioning between stops.
Can different passengers join at different stops?
Yes, subject to the five-seat limit on any given leg. Tell us who is boarding where and we will build the manifest around it.
How is a multi-city trip priced?
As one itinerary with one all-in figure, covering all legs, ground waiting, crew costs, fuel, taxes, and handling at every field — not as separate charters bolted together.
