Private Jet Charter for Aerospace

Programme reviews, source inspection, and AOG response — running on schedules the airline network was not built to serve, with a customer usually waiting.

Aerospace runs on a supply chain distributed across secondary cities almost by design: Wichita, Savannah, Charleston, Huntsville, Greensboro, Tulsa, Fort Worth, Hartford. Each is a serious industrial centre and none of them are conveniently connected to each other.

The work that moves people is inspection work. First-article inspection, source inspection, and quality escalations have to be witnessed, and the schedule is set by the supplier's production run rather than by anyone's travel preferences.

AOG response is the sharpest case. An aircraft on ground is costing an operator money by the hour, and the difference between a technician or an engineer arriving this afternoon and tomorrow morning is directly measurable. There is a certain symmetry to solving that with an aircraft.

For a network built around this sector, Wichita is the anchor: the air capital, with Textron, Spirit AeroSystems, and a supplier base that everyone in the industry visits.

The trips this actually means

  • Source and first-article inspection

Witnessed work at supplier facilities, scheduled by their production calendar and not reschedulable at short notice.

  • AOG and field support

Getting an engineer or a technician to a grounded aircraft while the cost is still accumulating.

  • Programme reviews

Milestone reviews with primes and customers, on dates fixed by contract rather than convenience.

  • Supplier development

Capacity assessments and qualification visits across a distributed tier-two base.

Questions

Aerospace

Which aerospace markets do you serve?

Wichita, Savannah, Charleston, Huntsville, Greensboro, Tulsa, Fort Worth, Hartford, Seattle, St. Louis, and Colorado Springs, among others. Most pairs among them are inside the same-day band.

Can you carry tools or spares for an AOG?

Non-hazardous tooling and parts travel in the 32-cubic-foot baggage compartment, subject to weight and dimensions. We cannot carry hazardous materials — batteries, chemicals, and pressurised items in particular — so tell us what is going before we quote.

How fast can you respond to an AOG call?

Often inside a few hours if the aircraft is positioned nearby and crew duty allows, otherwise next morning. You will get a real answer immediately, including when the answer is that we cannot make it work.
